Back Activation

This foundational backbending practice will teach you how to prevent hyper-extension of your lower back by using core and glute stabilization. You'll also learn to engage your upper and middle back to safely extend your spine and open your chest and shoulders. This class is recommended to help counter slumped or rounded posture, strengthen your back, and introduce you to backbending.
