Plow

This class is aimed at lengthening the back of the neck with a sequence for deep stretching of the backbody. You'll explore gently loading the neck with an emphasis on proper support from your strong upper back. This is the ideal class to prepare for shoulderstand. This class is recommended for full backbody release as well as shoulder and chest opening. (We do not recommend this class for those suffering from an active headache.)
