Shoulderstand

Shoulderstand builds on the L2 Plow class, adding the work of upper and mid-back activation. You’ll strengthen your shoulders and create support for your neck while stacking your body on top of your shoulders. This class is recommended for beginners to inversions, as well as for those who want to strengthen their neck and shoulders.
