Working the natural rotational design of the thoracic spine, you'll move through side bending and foundational twisting to help mobilize your mid-back. Scapular retraction and chest opening will prepare those who desire to explore the bind in bound angle posture. This class is recommended for those with a stiff spine, tight sidebody, and poor posture.
