Dolphin

Dolphin is typically people's least favorite pose–for good reason. Nonetheless, it will absolutely change your life! This practice builds shoulder strength and mobility and helps you understand the relationship between rib cage control and shoulder stability. It is also another great introduction to inversions. This class is recommended for building shoulder stability and overhead and mid-back mobility; it’s also great for getting more comfortable being upside down.
