Crow

Crow is the arm balance that lays the foundations for all arm and hand balancing. This class will strengthen your shoulders and core through active spinal flexion and deep scapular protraction. You'll increase your awareness of midline stability and hip strength while laying the groundwork for hand balancing. This class is recommended for overall strength and those looking to begin a hand balance practice.
