This class is full-body strengthening and focuses on the entire TRUE core: abs, back, glutes and thighs. You'll explore multiple arm balances that also require deep mobility and flexibility in your hips; you’ll also play with body lift and float work and leave feeling so accomplished and impressed with yourself!
