Warrior 3 Intro

This class builds on the concepts of L1 Hip Hinging, using bodyweight drills to strengthen the hips and glutes for foundational split stance balance postures like high lunge and pyramid. This class is recommended as preparation for the complex standing balancing pose, warrior 3, as well as for more challenging forward folding.
