In this Level 3 Chop class we continue to build on key concepts from Level 2 involving trunk rotation and shoulder stability by targeting key core muscles (Abdominals, Obliques, Hip Flexors and Glutes) and shoulder stabilizers (Deltoids, Rhomboids, Lats, Serratus Anterior, Infra/Supra Spinatus and Teres Minor/Major). This L3 Chop class is ideal for individuals looking to improve core and shoulder strength while improving balance through advanced rotational movement patterns.
