Hip and Back Strength

This class will challenge you to apply all concepts and complexity from previous classes into a dynamic workout. Your biggest challenge here will be to stay mindful in your pace, quality control, balance, and–most importantly–breath. This class is recommended for those looking to increase intensity in their training while building full-body strength and awareness.
