Hip Rotations

With a strong foundation acquired from previous classes, you'll start to sync together movements to accrue more power and strength in your hips. You'll use strong core alignment to move through hip hinging transitions while pulling from the floor. This class activates your posterior chain activation and challenges your balance via transitional movements.
