Lateral Stability

This class builds from the L2 Squat and L2 Deadlift classes, incorporating more advanced techniques with transitional movements. There will be a wider range of hip hinging, rotational movements, and midline stability. This class is recommended for those wanting to strengthen core and hips, improve posture, and reduce knee pain.
