Deadlift

Here, you'll be introduced to more volume and more dynamic movement patterns as you continue to strengthen your posterior chain. There will be continued focus on hip hinging as well as varied grips of the deadlift for more overall strength. You'll also explore more explosive hip drive to generate heavier pulling power from the floor. This class is recommended for those looking to add power and strength to your hips and back.
