Level 3

Half Moon

Half moon strengthens the hips in both internally and externally rotated positions while requiring rib cage control. You'll begin to understand the relationship between your glutes and abs as they work together to create ultimate support and stability. You'll also challenge your focus by playing with transitions between standing balances. Before you attempt this class, make sure you have a solid understanding of posture, rib cage, and pelvic control. This class is recommended for hip and core strengthening and balance training.
