We end our twist series by taking it - yet again - to the next level! Here you'll explore the most complex twist yet: a twisted arm balance. In addtion to hip and twist work, Revolved Crow will build your shoulder strength and stability and train your balance on your hands. Recommended for those wanting to explore hand balancing and increasing hip hinging depth. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant!
