Half Moon is a challenging balance posture with deep hip opening; this class we pack on the challenge by adding the complexity of a deep twist! You'll work on chest opening, oblique and hip strength, midline engagement and, of course, balance. Recommended for anyone seeking to improve and challenge their twist game or to strengthen balance, hips and core. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant!
