To phrase this simply, it has been life changing for me. It had been 2 years and a half that I had back pain every single day. The pain was ruining my life, I have tried countless other professionals with different specialties during these years and none could move the needle. After a month in, not much had changed, She adjusted a bit the treatment along with the PT onsite and BOOM! The magic happened! I had no more back pain 2 weeks after. I can't express how happy I am about this. Lindsay literally allowed me to get my life back.

This review is very long overdue. Motus clinic is AMAZING. They are true professionals who will give you thorough and personalized attention while also being friendly and approachable. They are reasonable in their diagnosis and aren't salesy or forceful about trying to get you to come in more than needed. Since coming to Motus, I've learned how to improve my running form efficiency and be well intune with my body to prevent injury and stay healthy. I came in September 2016 because I had a persistent nagging right side glute/hamstring injury and I didn't really knew what to do about.

I came in with unexplained calf problems after a season of fairly heavy running and Lindsey worked with me to define the problem, worked on mobility and recuperation, and over the course of 2-3 months not only solved my issues and got me running again but also set me up to build strength for the long term. I'm a faster, happier and healthier runner as a result. Hard to express how big of an impact Motus had on me. Whenever I hear a colleague talking about an ache or pain while running, I refer them here.

I had been going to physical therapy at different places on and off for 10 years. When I found Lindsay she was able to help diagnose the root of the problem, and fix that, NOT just the symptoms (which is what all the other places did). I am SO happy seeing her and I’m doing much better than before and only getting better! I would HIGHLY recommend Lindsay to anyone that need physical therapy and have already referred some of my friends! :)

Injured or in pain? Let us help you!

Your Healthcare Shouldn't  Include A Third Party.

Insurance companies insert themselves between you and your provider, dictating treatment length, approved methods, and when your care ends. Your provider spends more time documenting for insurance requirements than focusing on your progress, forcing providers into volume-based models where quantity matters more than quality.

We chose a different path. Our partnership is directly with you, not insurance companies. This eliminates the administrative barriers and protocol constraints that interfere with your care. Instead of 15-minute appointments rushing through insurance-approved treatments, you get the time and attention your situation actually requires.

You recieve transparent pricing with no surprise bills or coverage denials. While we don't bill insurance directly, if you have chiropractic or physical therapy coverage, you can submit for reimbursement. We accept Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA) funds.

The result? Care decisions made between you and your provider based on what you need, not what a third party will pay for. Finally, a healthcare relationship that puts your outcomes first.

Pay as you go.
